How it all started
Founded to serve the Main Streets of America
Caselle’s story began when Duane Hutchings, a CPA in Spanish Fork, Utah, saw firsthand how outdated systems make it hard for cities to manage their finances effectively. Teaming up with his sons and Spanish Fork City, Hutchings developed a software solution designed to improve the workflows of real people in local governments.
