Scott Cook earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah. While completing his degree and after graduating, he worked for Jensen & Associates, an accounting firm in Salt Lake City. He then served as Treasurer of Moroni City, Utah, for five years, during which time he was also a contract accountant with the Moroni Feed Company.
Scott raised 60,000 turkeys on his family farm for seven years prior to joining Caselle in 1999. After two years of balancing both the farm and Caselle, he decided to step away from farming to continue doing what he loved—working with the Caselle community. Scott has worked at Caselle for more than 20 years and continues to enjoy serving the Caselle community. He also enjoys keeping up with current events, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and four children.
