Per “de minimis” rules followed by many public agencies, small gifts are limited to $20 and no more than two per customer each calendar year.
If your referral signs with Caselle, we’ll donate $200 to a nonprofit or community group you choose.

Any current Caselle customer under contract.
A city, town, or district not currently using Caselle.
Within 60 business days after:
The referral is submitted (for the $20 gift card).
The referred city signs their agreement (for the $200 donation).
Yes! If you’d like, we can share your contribution on our social media pages or on our website. Recognition is always optional and only done with your permission.
Yes. Referrals must be submitted before the city has already engaged with Caselle. Self-referrals are not allowed.
