Michael Mandler

Mike serves as Director of Client Services at Caselle, leading the entire support department. With a CPA background, his career spans public sector technology and finance, beginning as an auditor and later consulting with local governments. Over more than 25 years with the Caselle product line, Mike has worked across implementation, support, development, and technical sales.

Throughout his career, Mike has focused on helping clients automate accounting, utility, and community development processes. At Caselle, he plays a key role in uniting the legacy Caselle and Civic support teams and shaping the direction of the software, including new modules such as the Community Portal. What drives him most is building strong partnerships that make clients’ jobs and lives easier. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors in his home state of Wisconsin.
