
Merrill serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Caselle, where he leads HR strategy and supports teams across the organization to foster a strong, people-focused culture. With more than 20 years in the human resources field and over two decades at Caselle, he brings deep experience in organizational leadership, talent development, and operational support. Prior to joining Caselle, Merrill held both operational and HR roles with Sears Roebuck and Co. and Franklin Covey, building a well-rounded foundation in business and workforce management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Merrill values creating an environment where employees can grow, collaborate, and deliver meaningful impact for the communities Caselle serves. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, playing tennis and golf, cycling, and fitting in a competitive game of pickleball whenever possible.
