Larry Hutchings

Larry serves as Chief Operating Officer at Caselle, focusing on the company’s day-to-day financial operations and supporting decision-makers with the information needed to keep teams performing effectively. He joined Caselle in 1993 and has spent his career in many different roles. During his more than 30 years with the company, he gained a deep understanding of the needs of local governments and the products and services Caselle provides to meet those needs. Larry is driven by delivering reliable solutions and upholding Caselle’s commitment to its clients. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, four children, and a growing next generation, as well as camping, hiking, and other recreational activities.
