David serves as Vice President of Implementation at Caselle, providing strategic leadership to the implementation organization and ensuring customers experience a smooth and successful transition to Caselle solutions. He has been a key leader at Caselle since November 1994 and holds a Master’s degree in Public Management with an emphasis in Human Resources.

With decades of experience, David leads teams dedicated to onboarding, training, and data preparation, helping customers feel confident and supported every step of the way. He works closely with System Consultants and Technical Consultants to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused implementations that prioritize long-term success and strong partnerships.
