How do I search for errors? (Checkout)
Use Checkout to search for errors in the Property Tax Collection database.
Step 1. Run Checkout
1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Organization > Checkout.
2. Select the options to check.
Verify properties have a primary owner
Check for properties without a corresponding master property
Check for master properties without a corresponding property
Check for inactive land record with active building records
3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
Connect searches the database for the selected options. If there are errors, they will print on the Checkout error report.
Step 2. Review the Checkout error report
If the Checkout error report reports "No Errors Found", you're done. The Checkout error report is error free. However, if there are errors listed, you'll need to review and fix each error and then run Checkout again.
