Check for active businesses with no active licenses

Checkout and Recalculate

Search for businesses that have at least one license and the business is active but the license is not active or the business doesn't have a license. An active business should have at least one active license tied to it.

Checking for active business without an active license

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Business Information.

3. Click to select the Check for active businesses with no active licenses checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

To fix this issue, choose an option.

Close the business by adding a closed date to the business. (Properties > Modify Existing Properties) [More]
