Search for an active business that does not have an active or inactive license linked to it. Every active business should have at least one license tied to it.

Checking for active business with no licenses

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Business Information.

3. Click to select the Check for active business with no licenses checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Solution

To fix this error, choose an option.

Close the business. Add a closed date to the business. (Properties > Modify Existing Properties) [More]
Add an active license to the business. Add an active license to the business. (Businesses > Modify Existing Businesses) [More]
