Delete businesses that are not linked to a license. This will delete business records from the Business License database if the business is not assigned to an active license.

Before you get started

Before proceeding, back up the current files. Always make a back up of the database BEFORE running routines that modify or delete transactions. See the help topic titled, How do I back up a database?

Deleting businesses with no licenses

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Delete History.

2. Click to select the Delete Businesses With No Licenses checkbox.

3. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Connect deletes all businesses that are not assigned to a license.
