Application Rights Report

Connect uses application rights to determine which users have a license to use an application. Use the Application Rights report to print a list of users who can and cannot use the application.

Printing an Application Rights Report

1. Open Connect System Management > Security > Application Rights Report.

2. Select a report title.

3. Use the Print User Rights column to select the user rights by application.

You can determine which applications to include on the report. You can also drill down into an application to print user rights for specific routines, reports, and tasks. Clicking [+] will expand a section and clicking [-] will collapse it.

4. Set up the Include checkboxes.

To filter the report for users who can access an application routine, task, or report, click to select the Include Allowed Users checkbox.

To filter the report for users who can NOT access an application routine, task, or report, click to select the Include Denied Users checkbox.

5. Set up Columns.

6. Set up Sections.

7. Set up Print Settings.

8. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The report prints. After you review the Application Rights Report, you may need to update the user security settings.
