Can I save a report as an Excel, PDF, RTF, or TXT file?
Choose a report output option.
Use Connect to save report data in a file that you can open in Excel, Adobe Reader, or any application that opens rich text or text files.

Saving a report as an Excel file
1. Open a report and click the Print Settings tab.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Save As.
3. Click the Save As tab.
4. Select Excel as the Save As Type.
5. Enter the File Name.
6. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report is saved as an Excel file.

Saving a report as a rich text file
1. Open a report and click the Print Settings tab.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Save As.
3. Click the Save As tab.
4. Select Rich Text File as the Save As Type.
5. Enter the File Name.
6. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report is saved as a rich text file.
Saving a report as a text file
1. Open a report and click the Print Settings tab.
2. Click to select the checkbox titled Save As.
3. Click the Save As tab.
4. Select Text as the Save As Type.
5. Enter the Characters Per Inch.
The maximum number of characters the report will print in a single inch.
6. Enter the File Name.
7. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report is saved as a PDF.
