Service Orders

A service order is a request for work that includes a description of the work to perform. Use the Service Orders List to print the service orders as a list so you can see which service orders are pending, being worked on, and completed.

Printing Service Orders List

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Service Orders.

2. Select a report definition.

3. Set up the Report Dates.

4. Set up the report options

Select service orders by date

Filter service orders by status

Include services orders assigned to a user

5. Set up the Selection Criteria, Report Order, and Report Sections.

6. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The report prints.

Filter service orders by the user who is assigned to it.
