Consumption Analysis Report
Use the Consumption Analysis Report to examine utility consumption for a customer by usage or demand level.
Printing Consumption Analysis Report
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Consumption Analysis Report.
2. Select a report definition.
3. Set up the report dates.

4. Select the report options.

5. Set up the Selection Criteria, Report Order, Report Sections, and Columns.

6. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report prints.

Use quantity or quantity billed
Usage is the customary manner for measuring the use of a utility during a given period. Use Usage to determine what the report will use to measure consumption. Use Quantity to use the consumption recorded in the Quantity field in the customer's record. Or use Quantity Billed to use the consumption saved in the Bill Quantity field.
What do you want to do?
I want to calculate usage based on Quantity. On the Report Options tab, click Quantity.

Process each period separately
If more than one period is selected as the report date range, use this option to total consumption for each period. When this option is not selected, the report will total consumption for all periods in the date range.

Consumption levels
When you use a rate the rate uses levels, or tiers, to calculate amounts. You can set up the variables the level will use to calculate amounts. Use Consumption Levels to calculate consumption based on a rate table.
What do you want to do?
I want to use the existing rate levels. On the Consumption Levels tab, click Use Existing Rate Levels to use the rates from the Rate table.
I want to override the existing rate levels. On the Consumption Levels tab, click Use Selected Rate Levels. Next, fill in the values in the section titled Rates on the Consumption Levels tab.
