Landlords

A landlord is the owner of property that is leased or rented to another. This section includes several scenarios to illustrate what to do to disconnect the existing tenant, bill the existing tenant, and connect a new tenant.

When a tenant moves out, the tenant is final billed. If there's a new tenant, you'll be prompted to set up a new customer record for the new tenant. But if there's not a new tenant, you'll be asked to reconnect service at service address to the landlord.
