How do I send a copy of a shutoff notice to a landlord?

Set up options for sending shutoff notices to landlords.

Print a shutoff notice for the tenant and print a copy of the shutoff notice for the landlord. Using this option will print a shutoff notice for the tenant and print a copy of the shutoff notice for the landlord.

Printing a copy of the shutoff notice for the landlord

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Shutoff List/Notices.

2. Click to select the Additional Report Options tab.

3. Click to select the checkbox titled Print Copy for Landlords With Landlord Name and Address.

 

 

4. Click Print (CTRL+P).

Connect prints shutoff notices. When a shutoff notice is printed for a property owned by a landlord, Connect replaces the tenant name and address with the landlord's name and address.
