Real Property Reports

Use the Real Property Accounts Receivable Report to view amounts by billing type for accounts or properties. Real Property is land, a piece of real estate, that is owned by an owner.

What's new

  • 2018.11 or later. Added a column to show unapplied amounts. The account balance includes unapplied payments.

Printing the Real Property Accounts Receivable Report

1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Reports > Real Property Accounts Receivable Report.

2. Select a report title.

3. Set up the report range.

4. Fill in the report options.

Include properties with a zero balance

Include properties with a credit balance

Include properties with a positive balance

Include only properties with unapplied payments

5. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The report prints.

Include properties with a credit balance

A credit balance occurs when an property is overpaid.

Do you want to include properties that have overpaid?

  • Yes, include overpaid properties. Click to select Include Properties with a Credit Balance.

  • No, do not include overpaid properties. Click to deselect Include Properties with a Credit Balance.

Include properties with a positive balance

A positive balance occurs when payment is owed on a property.

Do you want to include properties that owe an amount?

  • Yes, include properties with outstanding amounts. Click to select Include Properties with a Positive Balance.

  • No, do not include properties with outstanding amounts. Click to deselect Include Properties with a Positive Balance.

Include properties with a zero balance

An account with a zero balance is a property that does not have a positive or negative balance.

Do you want to include properties when the account balance is zero?

  • Yes, include properties with a zero balance. Click to select Include Properties with a Zero Balance.

  • No, do not include properties with a zero balance. Click to deselect Include Properties with a Zero Balance.

Include only properties with unapplied payments

An unapplied payment is a payment that has been received and the payment is waiting to allocate to a unpaid balance.

Do you want to include only properties with unapplied payments?

  • Yes, include only properties with unapplied payments. Click to select the Include Properties with Unapplied Payments  checkbox. The report will not include properties with applied payments in the report range.

  • No, do not include only properties with unapplied payments. Do not select the Include Properties with Unapplied Payments checkbox.
