How do I add a comment when I decline a leave request? (Connect Online)

Connect Online - Managers

When you decline a leave request (see the help topic titled How do I approve a leave request? (Connect Online)), you can add a comment to explain why it was declined to the employee made the leave request.

Decline [Request Type] Comment

When you click Save, the employee will receive a notification to let them know the leave request was not approved and they need to submit a new leave request.
