Create Electronic W-2 File

This is part of the Payroll Year-end Checklist.

Use this routine to save W-2s to an electronic file to submit to the IRS. The electronic file will include the W-2 information for your employees, including, the employee's annual wages and taxes withheld from the employee's paycheck. 

The electronic file was previously known as magnetic media.
