Check for active businesses without billing transactions

Search for an active business that does not have billing transactions. Each active business should have billing transactions to show the business was billed.

Checking for active businesses without billing transactions

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout.

2. Click to select Business Information.

3. Click to select the Check for active businesses without billing transactions checkbox.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

Any active businesses that don't have any billing transactions will be included in the error report.

Solution

To fix this issue,

review license billing information for the business. Make sure the license billing information is set up and the license status is active. (Modify Existing Businesses)
