Check for active businesses with no owners

Search for an active business that is not linked to an owner. Every active business should be linked to at least one primary owner. 

 

Checking for active businesses with no owners

1. Open Connect Business License > Businesses > Checkout. 

2. Click to select Business Information. 

3. Click to select the Check for active businesses with no owners checkbox. 

4. Click GO (CTRL+G). 

 

Solution

To fix this error, choose an option. 

• Add an owner to the business. (Businesses > Modify Existing Business) [More]

• Delete the owner. (Owners > Modfiy Existing Owners)
