You can verify your identity through an Authenticator app on your smartphone or a FIDO2 YubiKey, a small hardware device designed for secure access. Even if someone gets hold of a password, MFA helps keep your data safe.
Secure Sign-In for On-Premise Customers
For customers who host Caselle on their own servers, we make signing in simple and secure with Active Directory Single Sign-On (SSO). This allows users to log in using their existing network credentials—making it easier for teams to manage access while keeping security strong and consistent.
Strong Encryption for Sensitive Data
Caselle also protects your data behind the scenes using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) technology. This means that even if a database were somehow taken, the information inside would remain encrypted and unreadable. AES encryption is trusted worldwide for securing sensitive information and it’s a standard part of how we keep your data protected.
