How do I change my default setting for printing service orders?

Service order options

You can choose when to print a service order. You can print a service order immediately after you create it. You can set up the options to ask if you want to print the service order now. Or you can choose to print the service orders that have been created when you print the Service Orders report.

Changing my default setting for printing service orders

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Service Orders > Create New Service Orders or Modify Existing Service Orders.

2. Click Options (F12).

3. Use the Print Service Orders When Saved menu to select an option.

What do you want to do?

I want to print the service order immediately after I enter it. Choose Yes.
Ask me if I want to print the service order after I enter it. Choose Prompt Each Time.
I do not want to print the service order after I enter it. Choose No.

4. Click OK.

The default print setting is saved.
