Stock Activity Report

Stock activity refers to stock certificates that have been added or canceled. Use the Stock Activity Report to compare the current activity recorded on a stock certificate with the prior information recorded about the previous stock certificate.

For example, shareholder 1 moves out. The organization cancels the stock certificate and creates a new stock certificate for the new shareholder. As part of the verification process to make sure the stock certificate has been transferred correctly to the new shareholder, the organization prints the Stock Activity Report to see if the same information is recorded on the previous stock certificate and the current stock certificate.

Printing Stock Activity Report

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Locations > Stock Activity Report.

2. Do you want to use the current date as the date range?

Yes, use the current date as the date range.
No, use a different date range. Click on the From and To field to enter the starting date and ending date.

3. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The Stock Activity Report is printed.
