A final bill is the name given to transactions that record the last, or final, billing. Use the Final Bills report to print final bills for customers.

Set up the report properties.
Do this...
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Final Bills.
2. Select a report title.
3. Fill in the options on the form.
Use the sections in this help topic to fill in each field. The fields are listed in alphabetical order.
4. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The final bill prints.
The due date is the date when payment is owed. Choose the option that you wish to use as the due date that prints on the final bill.
Use None when there is no due date.
Use [ _ ] Days After the Final Bill Date to add the number of days to the final bill date to calculate the due date to print on the final bill.
Use Current Cycle End Date to use the last date in the current cycle as the due date.
Use Current Cycle Due Date to use the due date for the current cycle as the due date for the final bill.
Use Customer Cycle End Date to use the last date in the customer's cycle as the due date for the final bill.
Use the Customer Cycle Due Date to use the due date assigned to the customer's cycle as the due date for the final bill.
Use the Prompt At Time of Report to ask the user to enter the due date when the user runs the report.
A form is a document that has been set up to print information, such as text, titles, or variables.
