Issue

Some reports use the selection criteria to select customers or transactions and then the selected customers or transactions are displayed on the review tab. If you click on the review tab to look at the selected items and then you change the report indention, the Abort message will be displayed. Changing the report definition while you're working on the review tab will run the report again using the the selection criteria for the new report definition.

The Abort dialog box displays so you know that the changes that you have made to the customers or transactions on the review tab will be replaced if you select a different report definition while you're working on the review tab. [MP4]

Solution

Chooe an option.

Clicking Yes will use the new report definition to select customers or transactions. It will replace the changes that you have made to customers or transactions that you've made to the review tab.
Clicking No will replace the new report definition that you have selected with the old report definition that was used to select the customers that are currently displayed on the review tab. You will not lose any of the changes that you have made on the review tab.
