Reports
Print the Customer List to view customer information by customer type, group code, or collection code. You can print this report for active, inactive, or both active and inactive customers.

Printing a Customer List
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Customer List.
2. Select a Definition.
3. Set up the checkbox titled Include Active Customers.
An active customer is any customer record that does not include a final bill date.
4. Set up the checkbox titled Include Inactive Customers.
An inactive customer is any customer record that includes a final bill date.
5. Set up the Selection Criteria, Report Order, and Report Sections.

6. Click Print (CTRL+P).
The report prints.
