How do I suppress rows with no transactions?

Billing and Usage Summary

The Billing and Usage Summary may include transaction types that do not have any transactions or, in some cases, the organization does not use at all.

 

For example, the highlighted rows do not have transactions.

 

 

You can set up the report so the rows without transactions will not print on the report. Like this...

Suppressing rows without transactions

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Reports > Billing and Usage Summary.

2. Click to select the checkbox titled Suppress Rows With No Transactions.
