How do I make an inactive service an active service?

Usually, an inactive service cannot be assigned to a customer. If an inactive service is assigned to an active customer, you can assign the customer to another active service or you can remove the inactive status to make the inactive service an active service.

Making an inactive service an active service
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Services.
2. Click to select the Service tab.
3. Remove the checkmark from the Active Service checkbox.
4. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The service is an active service.
