How do I define a customer number format?
Set up the mask for the customer number format.
The Customer Number Format is a combination of symbols that tells the system how to format the customer number. Example: If the default format is #.####.#, and then the Customer Number Format allows a user to enter a customer number such as “123456”. If the default Customer Number Format is being used when the user presses Enter, the customer number would be reformatted to “1.2345.6”.
