Error: Customers with an invalid transaction date

Issue
A customer has a transaction with a transaction date that occurs prior to the customer's connect date or after the customer's final bill date.
Explanation
Connect uses the customer's connect date and final bill date as the valid date range for creating transactions for the customer. The customer should not have any transactions that occur outside the valid date range.
Solution
You can fix this error by running Recalculate.
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Organization > Recalculate.
2. Click to select Correct Invalid Transaction Dates checkbox.
3. Click GO (CTRL+G).
