Error: Customers with a missing service summary

Issue

A customer does not have a service summary. 

Explanation

Each customer should have a service summary with the customer's prior period service balances. The application uses the customer's service summary to verify billing transactions.   

Solution

1. Run Recalculate. 

2. Change the customer number to the customer number on the error report. 

3. Click to select the Correct Summary Balances checkbox. 

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
