Error: Customers assigned to an invalid billing cycle

Issue

The organization is using billing cycles and a customer is assigned to a billing cycle that doesn't exist. 

Explanation

If the organization is using billing cycles, then each customer should be assigned to an active billing cycle. 

Solution

  • Use Modify Existing Customers to the assign the customer to a billing cycle. Contact customer service at (800) 228-9851 for assistance. 

  • If your organization is not using billing cycles, then every customer will be assigned to 1 as the default billing cycle.
