Issue

A customer with a billing service is tied to a meter that doesn't exist. 

Explanation

Each billing service with a meter must be tied to a meter that is set up, active (not retired), and tied to the service address. 

Solution

Check if the meter is 

  • active and not retired, and 

  • tied to the service address.
