How do I copy reading route/sequence from customer mail route?

Use Copy Reading Route/Sequence from Customer Mail Route to copy the customer’s mailing route to the customer’s reading route field.

Before you get started

Back up the Utility Management database. See the help topic titled How do I back up the database?

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Meters > Modify Reading Route/Sequences.

2. Click to select Copy Route Number from Customer Mail Route.

3. Select the Services.

Filter the services to include in the routine. Press and hold the CTRL key to select more than one service.

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).

The routine assigns the customer's mail route as the reading route.
