How do I use the service address as the mailing address?

Modify Existing Customers 

Replace the customer address with the service address in the customer record. Connect will copy the service address to the Address 1 box and then it will use that address as the customer's mailing address. In earlier versions of Connect, you had to look up the service address and copy it by hand into the Address 1 box. In version 2022.02, you can click the Update Mailing Address button at the end of the Address 1 box to replace the customer address with the service address. 

 

Using the service address as the mailing address

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customers > Modify Existing Customers. 

2. Find the Address 1 box and then click the Update Mailing Address button.

3. Click Yes to replace the current mailing address.
