How do I prompt the user to modify the mailing address? (Final Bill)
Final Bill - Options
Change the default options for final bills to prompt the user entering the final bill to update the customer's mailing address. When you enter the customer number, Connect will automatically show the Modify Mailing Address window. When the default option to modify the mailing address is not selected, you will need to click the Modify Mailing Address button in the toolbar to view the update options. Prompting user to customer's update mailing address
1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customers > Enter Final Bills.
2. Click Options (F12).
3. Click to select the Prompt to Modify the Mailing Address checkbox.
