Overview
Look up customer information in Customer Inquiry and then click the Print button to send what you see in inquiry to the printer. For example, if you look up the transaction history for Acme Manufacturing, and then you want to print it.
Clicking the Print button in the toolbar will send the transactions that you see in Customer Inquiry, to the printer as a report. Like this...

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customer Inquiry.
2. Look up the customer and then click on the tab that displays the information that you want to print.
3. Use the Print drop-down list to select Print Grid.

You can print a report that shows the customer's transaction history.
When the customer's information is displayed on the Customer Inquiry screen, click Print (CTRL+P) and then click Print customer History Report for Customer. The system launches the Customer History report with the report options set up to print the report for the selected customer. Now, click Print (CTRL+P).
To return to Customer Inquiry, click Close (CTRL+F12).
You can also print a screen shot of the screen that is currently showing in Inquiry.
Do this...
1. Click Print (CTRL+P) and then select the option to print the current screen.
2. Now, click Print Screen.
The Caselle Screen Print form displays.
3. How do you want to print the screen? Choose Portrait (8.5 x 11 inches) or Landscape (11 x 8.5 inches).
4. Where do you want to print the screen?
I want to print to a printer. Use this option to print the screen to paper. Click Printer and then select the printer's name from the Printer drop-down list. Click OK.
I want to print to a file. Use this option to save the screen as image. Click File. Now, select the file destination. Click Save.
