How do I view a customer's billing chart?

View the customer billings as a line chart. The key is located at the bottom of the chart.

Move the pointer over the chart to view the billings for each service.

1. Open Connect Utility Management > Customers > Customer Inquiry.

2. Look up a customer.

3. Click to select the Compare tab.

4. Click to select the Billing Chart tab.
