How do I filter work orders? (Connect Online)
Connect Online
Set up the search settings for viewing work orders. Use Connect Online to view work orders, select a work order to work on it, or assign a work order to an employee. You can view work orders by department, assigned to, and due date. You can show work orders without a due date, work orders that have been submitted but not assigned, and work orders by location on a map.

Filtering work orders
1. Open My Dashboard.
2. Use the Applications menu to select Work Orders List.

3. Click Settings.
The Settings button is located under the link titled Logout. Logout is located on the right side of the form.

4. Select the filters to apply to display work orders.
Show All: Reset the filters to include all work orders.
Departments: Filter work orders by department.
Assigned To: Filter work orders by user.
Due Dates: Filter work order by due date by day, week, month, or use a custom setting.
Show Work Orders Without a Due Date: Select the checkbox to include only work orders that do not have a due date. Clear the checkbox to include work orders with due dates and work orders without due dates.
Show Submitted Work Orders: Select the checkbox to show only work orders that have been submitted. Do not select the checkbox to include submitted work orders and work orders that have been created but have not been submitted.
When you change the Work Order Settings, Connect applies the filter and updates the work orders in the grid. To hide the Work Order Settings form, click anywhere on the Work Orders page.

Sorting work orders A-Z or Z-A
1. Open My Dashboard.
2. Use the Applications menu to select Work Orders List.

3. Click on a column heading to sort data in the reverse order.

When an up arrow displays, the column sorts data alphabetically A-Z in ascending order (1-10).

4. Click column heading again to change the sort order from Z-A.
A down arrow means the column is sorting data alphabetically Z-A in descending order (10-1).
