How do I view taxing entity information?

Taxing Entity Inquiry

Use Taxing Entity Inquiry to view the taxing entity details. Click the Taxing Entity Inquiry icon on the Property Tax Collection main menu. Then, click on the tabs to view the following information:

Taxing entity detail
Rates
GL accounts
Transactions
Attachments
Notes

Print Inquiry screen
Refresh data

Update a Taxing Entity record

Choose Inquiry options

Use the Inquiry Options to choose which tab will be displayed when a user launches Taxing Entity Inquiry. Click Options (F12), then to select the Default tab.

Print Inquiry screen

You can print the information that shows up on the Inquiry screen by clicking Print (CTRL+P).

Refresh data

Click Refresh Data to load changes that were made in the Property Tax Collection after the Taxing Entity Inquiry program was launched.

Use Taxing Entity Inquiry

Click the Taxing Entity Inquiry icon on the Property Tax Collection main menu.

Update a Taxing Entity record

When you need to make changes to a taxing entity record, you can click Modify Existing Tax Entities (CTRL+M).
