Use the Real Property Tax Statements to create and print property tax statements for the taxing period.

  • 2018.11 or higher, supports printing separate statements for customers with a zero balance.

Printing Real Property Tax Statements

1. Open Connect Property Tax Collection > Reports Real Property Tax Statements.

2. Select a Report Title.

3. Enter the Due Date and Mailing Date.

4. Set up the report options.

Print a copy for primary owners

Substitute mortgage company mailing address for owner address

Print a copy for additional owners

Print a copy for mortgage company

Include zero-balance properties

 

5. Click Print (CTRL+P).

The Real Property Tax Statements print.

Print a copy of the real property statement for the primary owner.

Substitute mortgage company mailing address for owner address

Print the mortgage company's mailing address on the real property statement instead of printing the owner's address.

Print a copy of the real property statement for the additional owners. An additional owner is any owner that is not selected as the primary owner on the real property (see Owners tab in Modify Existing Real Properties).

You can print a separate real property statement for a customer with a zero balance.

Do this...

1. Set up the real property statement as usual.

2. Add the variable for [Report].Real Property Balance to the Selection Criteria.

3. Print the real property statements.
