When an employee submits a timesheet, Timekeeping will submit the timesheet to the approval process assigned to the employee's position. You can change the approval process for an employee timesheet by changing the properties on the employee's position to use a different approval process.

Using a different approval process to approve timesheets
1. Open Connect Timekeeping > Employees > Modify Existing Employees.
2. Use the Employee field to enter an employee name or number. Press Enter.
3. Click to select the Positions tab.
4. Use the pane on the Positions tab to select a position.
5. Find the field titled Override Approval Process.
6. Enter the name of the approval process that you'd like to use instead of the approval process that is assigned to the position.
7. Click Save (CTRL+S).
The changes to the employee's position are saved.
