How do I submit an employee's timesheet for approval? (Connect Online) (Managers)
Connect Online Timesheets
Usually, the employee submits their timesheet for approval. When an employee can't submit their own timesheet, for example, when the employee is out of town or otherwise indisposed, the manager, supervisor, or application administrator can submit the employee's timesheet for the employee.
Submitting an employee's timesheet for approval
1. Open My Dashboard.
2. Open My Timesheet.
To open My Timesheet, find the Time Clock widget on My Dashboard and then click the View My Timesheet link.

3. Enter the employee's name or number.
You can enter an employee's name or number or you can use the drop-down list to view a list of employees in your department.

Note: This field and the View Timesheet Status link are only available when you are set up as a department manager.
4. Click the View Timesheet Status link.

The employee's timesheet displays.
5. Fill in the employee's timesheet and then click Submit.
Note: In the 2019.05 release, the Submit button has been moved to the top of the page.
