How do I filter EEO-4 Report by employee position?

Reports 

Set up the EEO-4 report to sort data by employee position. The 2022.05 release of the EE0_4 Report includes these employee position fields:

  • Employee Position.Annual wage

  • Employee Position.Employee type

  • Employee Position.End date

  • Employee Position.Estimated annual hours

  • Employee Position.FTE percent

  • Employee Position.Hourly rate

  • Employee Position.Pay period frequency

  • Employee Position.Position type

  • Employee Position.Primary position

  • Employee Position.Represented

  • Employee Position.Sequence number

  • Employee Position.Show manual allocation

 

Use the employee position fields to order the report by the employee position instead of using the general employee information. The employee position is the work an employee fills in the organization, which may change while the employee is working for the organization. 

 

Setting up the report to filter by employee position 

1. Open Connect Human Resources > Reports > EEO-4 Report. 

2. In the Selection Criteria, double-click the Column header.

3. Move the [Report].Job Position to the Selected Selection Criteria Fields list, and the click OK.
