How do I open an old job posting?

Post a job posting with new openings.

When it's time to fill a job posting that is already set up and saved in the Human Resources app, you can change update the job opening date and remove the closing date. Updating these dates will reopen the job posting for new applicants.

Re-posting an old job posting

1. Open Connect Human Resources > Job Postings > Modify Existing Job Postings.

2. Use the Reference field to enter a job posting number. Press Enter.

3. Update these fields.

  • Open date: Enter the date when the job is open to new applicants.

  • Closed date: Delete the date saved in this field and then enter the new closing date.

  • Filled date: Delete the date when the job was last filled.

  • Positions posted: Enter the number of open positions to fill. The maximum value is 999.

4. Click Save (CTRL+S).

The job posting is open.
