How do I view comments on a denied employee change request? (Connect Online)

When an employee change request is denied, you can view the denied comments to see if the approver added an explanation or additional instructions. To view the denied comment, open the Employee Request - Employee Change page (see the help topic titled How do I add the Manager Requests widget? (Connect Online)) and then click the Denied Comment link.

The Request Denied dialog box displays on the screen. The approver's comments will be displayed in the Comment field.
