SUTA Wage List - Indiana (IN)

State Reports

Employers in the state of Indiana need to submit their total gross wages for each employee every quarter. 

 

What's new?

  • 2022.08 release updates the state format for filing electronically. To use the updated electronic file, download and install the 2022.08 release. The electronic file will save the report information as a text file that you can upload to the state reporting agency.

Creating the electronic file 

1. Open Connect Payroll > Reports > SUTA Wage List.

2. Set up these options on the Report Options tab.

Report dates

Select the reporting date range. 

Print detail report

Select the checkbox. 

Print form

Do not select this checkbox.  

Create electronic file

Select the checkbox and enter the path and file name and then select SUTA Wage List (IN) [Caselle Master] as the format.

 

3. Set up these options on the State Options tab.

Transmitter contact

Enter the contact name for the person submitting the electronic file. 

Transmitter phone

Enter the contact telephone number (##########) to reach the person who submitted the electronic file. Do not include dashes or parenthesis.

Transmitter phone extension

If the telephone number includes an extension, enter it here. 

 

4. Click GO (CTRL+G).
