Enter a check to pay sick pay to an employee. See the help topic titled How do I enter a check for third party sick pay?
Calculating employer-related taxes for third party sick pay
1. Open Connect Payroll > Employees > Calculate Benefit Amounts.
2. Click GO (CTRL+G).
The routine calculates the employer’s tax amounts for third party sick pay.
